Brenda R. Blair, MBA, CEAP, is President of Blair Consulting Group, Inc., a consulting firm focused on areas where employee personal concerns and employer productivity concerns overlap. Prior to starting her consulting practice in 1983, she worked for the International Council on Alcohol and Addictions in Lausanne, Switzerland; the Grant Hospital Alcoholism Program in Chicago; and the Employee Counseling Service for the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Brenda was EAPA’s first recipient of the prestigious Member of the Year Award in 1988. Other awards include the EAP Hall of Fame, Georgia Tech University EAP Leadership Award and North Carolina EAPA President’s Achievement Award. She has authored numerous articles, most recently an article on Integrating EAP, Work-Life and Health & Productivity Services.
