Brenda R. Blair, MBA, CEAP, is President of Blair Consulting Group, Inc., a consulting firm focused on areas where employee personal concerns and employer productivity concerns overlap. Brenda was EAPA’s first recipient of the prestigious Member of the Year Award in 1988. Other awards include the EAP Hall of Fame, Georgia Tech University EAP Leadership Award and North Carolina EAPA President’s Achievement Award. She has authored numerous articles, most recently an article on Integrating EAP, Work-Life and Health & Productivity Services.
